When I Work Time Clock allows you to manage employee attendance in multiple locations. Through the GPS tracking feature you can ensure employees don’t clock in from the wrong job sites. You can also define at what distance an employee must be from the site before they can clock in (i.e. 50 metres, 100 metres). You can decide whether workers have to clock-in from time clock terminals on specific PCs or laptops, or if they have permission to do so from their phone. When I Work also makes payroll processing easier with automatic timesheet creation and exporting.

You can configure the settings to decide whether each user can clock in from their mobiles, work computers or both. You can also decide how far away from the site they can be before clocking in and whether to enforce compulsory clocking in.
